Well, I want to say that my entire experience at Paton was exceptional from the ladies that collected co-pay at the front desk to the doctors in the back, the techs in the back. I give them kudos because they made that experience a wonderful experience. So thank you. Finally, from the front desk to the back desk. Finally. Professionalism, it was great. Everybody had manners. You got wonderful smiles. All questions were answered. You know, they were on their game. So thank you. That's my feedback.

The assistant treated me so kindly. I appreciated how well I was treated. She was professional.

Everyone was very kind, helpful and professional.

I forgot to inform the Receptionist that I had an appointment, and they were talking about me. I am my sister's caregiver and she had an appointment with the same primary care doctor too. I let the Receptionist know that my sister was there, but I forgot to mentioned that I had an appointment too, so the clerical workers were laughing when it dawn on me that I didn't let them know that I had an appointment too with the same doctor. I didn't appreciate them laughing and talking about me and I could hear them talking about me not registering after I registered my sister. I didn't like what they did.

I am totally satisfied with my provider and her staff.

This was my second time coming to this clinic, there is no sign in sheet at all. You have to wait in line, too check in. Dr Kawaja MA has a very nasty attitud she will call u in ,never says Hi or how are u . There isn't anything about her pleasant. I have been seeing Dr Kawaja for over 20 years at her old location and everyone was so nice..This location is unorganized and people are nasty.

My doctor is new and this the time I met with her. She appears to be ok. My old doctor was so rude that didn't notify me about her retirement.That was not professional at all. I was not happy so I had rush to another doctor. I found about the her retirement when I needed to get a refill on my medicine. No one called and assigned to a doctor. I had to select a doctor myself.

This was a first visit to the practice and I left with a sense that it probably will be where I can return to for the kind of care and treatment for my concerns, i.e, diabetes and high blood pressure.

She is very patient, understood and attended to my concerns.

My visit was very informative.

The time I got there and the time I was seen was a little long. Once I was seen, The visit was fine. It was very thorough. I had not seen my provider in a while and it was very good to finally know where she had moved to.

my doctor and her assistant are the best

This was the first time meeting with the new doctor and her assistant and the appointment was very good!

I walked into the facility only to find a patient lying on the floor in front of his wheel chair, with no initial assistance to get him up. I was very uncomfortable with this. I expected a higher level of professionalism from reception staff and the medical assistant. There was an unpleasant odor in the waiting area. This was all unfamiliar and not a good impression of the office for me.

Front desk staff was rude and not knowledgeable about insurance and gave me a hard time about my insurance despite me having the LifeBridge CareFirst PPO plan...

I had a good visit

People in this facility were not friendly at all. I received not so friendly experience. I received very cold and nasty altitudes.

My experience was excellent! This was my first at this facility and got lost because there were so many buildings. I was upset so I called the office. The receptionist was so kind and gave me directions on how to get there! Since I was so close, I told her the color of my car and she actually stood outside of the building until I arrived!!! I was so happy she waved her hand when she saw my car to let me know I WAS FINALLY THERE!!!! This was so wonderful!?

Dr. Tahoora Kawaja has been my primary doctor for decades. She has always been understanding and compassionate about my concerns about my health. She is an asset to Lifebridge Health for sure. She takes the time to listen to her patients. One of my sisters is a patient of Dr. Kawaja also. She speaks very highly of Dr. Kawaja's work ethics.

Dr. Kawaja has always been very attentive to my needs and my concerns and any issues that I have had over all the years that I've been a patient of hers. And I truly appreciate that and I always look forward to visiting with Dr. Kawaja.
