After earning a medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine in the British West Indies, she completed an internship in internal medicine at Maryland General Hospital. At University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, she completed a neurology residency and a cerebrovascular stroke neurology fellowship with enfolded neurocritical care training. She also completed an interventional neurology fellowship at Texas Stroke Institute in Dallas-Fort Worth. Dr. Kulman has a special interest in stroke neurology and cerebrovascular disease.
