The actual experience with my doctor is always perfect. However, your new phone system, where I am sent to someone who does not know my doctor, the practice, or me, is a cold, detached way to treat patients. It is sad to be given the run around by someone who knows nothing but a computer that finds them information to pass along to you, many times, with no results. I always demand to be sent to the office, where somebody cares about me.

Always receive good care

I got to my appointment 15 min before my appt time as requested. The Dr did not see me until 30 min appt my appt time. The practice needs to stop making too many appts scheduled a day. The Dr should have at least apologized for the late arrival. He seems disinterested in my health concerns and gave me marginal answers. Will not go back.

Trying to schedule an appointment using the "call center" is a total waste of time. My provider tells me to contact him using the patient portal and he then has an office person call me and then an appointment is scheduled. Get rid of the call center, yesterday.

The best primary care office !

I've been with this office for many years and plan to keep it that way.

Very professional, caring and friendly staff. Dr Galvin and nurse Jackie treated me with respect and concern about my health. Answered all my questions and asked if I had any concerns or questions before leaving.

What is going on with this office ?

Doctor Galvin and all the office people were great!! I did have a problem with the Lab Corp at the office. They over charged me. They were only supposed to charge me the minimum $5 yet they charged me $38

The Call Center continues to be an issue

Dr Galvin provides excellent care. He is a good listener and is very knowledgeable about a wide range of health issues. He helped me download the Lifebridge App and communicated with me about my X-ray results in a timely manner. He reassured me about my blood test results. I highly recommend him.

This annual wellness PE had to be turned into a Pre-Op visit. I appreciated that Dr. Galvin was able to accommodate this change and increase in time together.

Need to change your online check in. Get rid of the covid stuff and gender stuff.

Dr Galvin is the best of the best. I've been with him for over 30 yrs and would never go to anyone else. He gives me all the time I need and is patient and understanding.

LifeBridge needs to scrap the call center. The person I talked to at the call center didn't even know the physical location of the physicians office. If I make a call I would like to talk to the physician's office, not someone who has no idea of where the physician is located. It looks like "big medicine" has decided that it is more important to save a buck than to provide personal service.

I would like to say when you call in on the phones that you don't get shuffled around and you don't have a long waiting time. It's hard to get through to anybody now. So I'd like when we call the number, we get through to somebody. That is the only problem that I have with that. I mean, I know I can use the portal online and everything, but when I call in, I would still like to be able to talk to somebody. And I had no responses back even when I was on hold and somebody was supposed to call me back and nobody ever did. So that's the only thing I have is to set up the appointment. So I'd like to still call in. Okay, thank you. Bye-bye.

In the past the front office personnel, receptionists, etc., we're not attentive when you enter the practice. I've not been sure which one to see since no one would greet me. THIS TIME, everyone was attentive and prompt in greeting me with many smiles. Much improved experience. Thank you.

Your "system" for appointment bookings is BY FAR the most tragically inferior methodology I have ever witnessed. Whomever is responsible for this insanely poor again "system" should be fired and replaced with a fifth grader. I do not say this lightly or in jest. Making the appointment is LITERALLY the first impression. Failure to totally renovate your current "system" will find you with patients fleeing for something they see as sane!

The phone recording when the office is closed is too long to listen. Needs to be shorter and more focused. The App is only good for people with access and experience on the internet. So the phone message should be more to the point when the office admin is not available.

The office experience was excellent. Calling the office in the New system is Not GOOD. I know that it is about Money, but why should I go through 2 to 3 people and several hours to get an appointment. I donot know if I got the office staff. The in- office staff were very Professional, as usual.

Your telephone answering service needs to be replaced. I have been with Dr. Galvin for years. He is a great doctor. I have a lot of faith in him. I don't feel the same about Life bridge. In my view Life bridge and this new phone and scheduling service are a detriment to Dr. Galvin. I should not have to deal with an operator for whom English is a second language. I also expect to get an appointment in less time than EIGHT days. I suggest that you get rid of that stupid telephone answering service.

Very responsive to Lifebridge message, setting up appointment and following up

I did not see Dr. Galvin. Came in for an INR. I did have a question. The assistant sent him a message and I had an answer within minutes. Very impressed. However, your LIFEBRIDGE call center is horrific. I called, waited for an hour before I was cut off. Called back. Waited another 20 minutes and by this time I was very angry. Left the call requesting a call back. Got a call back hours later and could not answer the phone so I called back. Again, no answer. Left another request for a call and NEVER received it. I finally called the drs office directly and was greeted by a human voice that was more than happy to help me. LIFEBRIDGE needs more help in their call center.

I've been a patient of Dr. Galvin for decades. He is a fantastic medical provider.

Navigating the phone system was very difficult. I tried several times to speak to someone in the office, but had to wait on hold for so long that I had to try later and finally got through by sending a message through the patient portal. There seems to be no way to contact the office by phone.

Dr Galvin is a very good doctor.He truly cares about his patients.His staff is also very good with the patient care.
