Doctor Vento is a very professional physician and interested in my health. My only issue with my visit was after the initial check of my vitals, I did have to wait a little bit longer than usual. But, I'm sure it's a very busy place and things happen. No bearing on my view of Doctor Vento.

Dr. Vento and his staff refill Rx's quickly. They communicate well in a timely manner and I like his medical assistants very much.

With the amount of people in that office. There should (always) be someone there to answer the phone. If you have a question, or make appointment, or if you just have a general question. Someone should be there to answer the phone. That's customer service....

When we moved to Westminster we needed to change doctors and my wife was recommended to Dr. Vento's office. She thinks her provider is great, recommends her to everyone and insisted I at least try this office when I was ready to find a new physician. She always says trust me, I know what I'm talking about. Dr. Vento is a very good physician and I'm happy that I took her advised. She was right, this time.

Visit went well (was my first with doctor). At this time I do not foresee any issues. He was very pleasant and attentive and his office staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

Dr Vento was very kind and caring. He wrote a letter about my health history that I needed and I had it the next day. He wants to follow up with me in March and that appointment is already scheduled.

I do not like the new facility. Parking is poor! I had to park down the hill and walk up. Overall space within the practice is horrible. 5 employees were packed into a very small reception area. Exam rooms were very small. Shame on Lifebridge.
