With the amount of people in that office. There should (always) be someone there to answer the phone. If you have a question, or make appointment, or if you just have a general question. Someone should be there to answer the phone. That's customer service....

When we moved to Westminster we needed to change doctors and my wife was recommended to Dr. Vento's office. She thinks her provider is great, recommends her to everyone and insisted I at least try this office when I was ready to find a new physician. She always says trust me, I know what I'm talking about. Dr. Vento is a very good physician and I'm happy that I took her advised. She was right, this time.

Visit went well (was my first with doctor). At this time I do not foresee any issues. He was very pleasant and attentive and his office staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

Dr Vento was very kind and caring. He wrote a letter about my health history that I needed and I had it the next day. He wants to follow up with me in March and that appointment is already scheduled.

While this was the first time I had an excessively long wait (over an hour before the nurse called me), she was the first and only person who apologized for the long wait. I was never given a reason for the lengthy delay either. I totally understand occasional delays; but the courtesy of an alert and passable explanation would have been appreciated. No, I did not express my displeasure because I was too irritated at the time and did not wish to discuss at that time. Primarily I was disappointed in how the delay was not handled.

Dr. Vento is a very nice person. My husband was very impressed. He came with me because I had recently been in the hospital. They were able to get me an appointment very quickly. The staff is wonderful. They follow up. They answer questions right away. But Dr. Vento is amazing. He's just a truly kind person who cares and sits and listens to you and looks at you in your eyes and asks you the right questions and makes sure you understand before he leaves the room.

I got to my appointment 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room until 24 minutes after my appointment time. Once I got the exam room the attendant took my BP, offered me a flu shot, and apologized for the wait. I was in the exam room for 25 minutes before seeing the doctor for 4 minutes. The doctor is the best doctor I have ever been to, but the wait time needs to be worked on.

My visit was a new patient visit. Arrived 15 mins. early, appointment was 11am. Was not taken to exam room until 11:40. Assistant took info, blood pressure, went over medicines. Doctor came in at noon. Spent 15 mins. with me. Everything was good, except my appt.was st 11am and the doctor saw me at noon. I was there for 55 mins. before they called me to the back. Liked the doctor very much, just hope the next visit is more on time.

Dr. Vento and staff doesn't rush you. They take the time to explain this to you in a way that you can understand. You're treated as a person, not a number.

Doctor Vento is fantastic, the front admin staff are terrible. They are rude, the do not acknowledge patients as they enter, even to just say 'hang tight'. This time, the three women up front complained about people coming into the office sick, which potientally makes them sick. How can they be upset that folks show up sick to a DOCTOR'S office?! When I attempted to schedule at the end of my appointment, the woman assisting me basically told me that I was asking for too much by requesting the next early morning appt for my follow up. It was so frustrating, that I just thanked her and said I would call later to schedule. The medical staff are kind, Doctor V is fantastic but the admin team always seems put out by having to serve patients.

The office is closed for lunch from 12-1pm and my appointment was at 1pm. The office door was locked until 1pm so I had to wait in the lobby until 1pm even though I had been asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Not a big deal but either unlock the door at 12:45pm or do not schedule appointments until 1:15pm.

I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHEN I CALL FOR AN APPT. NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WAIT FOR A CALL BACK. OTHER THAN THAT I LIKE THE DR. AND THE NURSE PRACTIONER. ALL AND ALL IT IS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, DR. VENTO IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO.

This was my first visit, My responses to the guestions are based on that. I really can't accurately score the questions. My answer to was it easy to get an appointment was No..., that's based on me having to wait 6/7 months before I could be seen by Doctor Vento...it has nothing to do with the staff. Doctor Vento is sending me for blood work and referrals to other physicians for Cardiology and Endoscopy. I was pleased with his professionalism .

Dr Vento is a great family physician, but it some cases if he is not knowledgeable about a condition, he refers you to a Specialist Doctor . My family and I have been going to him for over 20 years , so that does say something about what we think of him. Dr Vento has a great reputation for a family physician and tho thousands of patients . The girls up front have become so much nicer than the old group , they all seem to treat us with respect and understanding of why we call .
