I always feel Comfortable and Safe with Provider and his Associates.

Appointments are scheduled a month in advance. To me it means too many patients not enough doctors in 2026.

I felt rushed and possibly not heard fully. Meanwhile, I understand we all have off/bad days and am willing to try again. I am hoping to get better results than in the past with other providers and am positive. Dr. Lee came highly suggested and appears to be very knowledgeable. He did seem a bit rushed, and it made me feel rushed and unheard.

I've always had a very good experience working with Dr. Thomas Lee about my spinal stenosis and the pains in my legs working with him as well as his office staff. I have no complaints. My only complaint is with my insurance company who refuses to cover the procedure, but that is not Sinai's problem. Anyway, I've always had excellent care from Dr. Thomas Lee. At every appointment, Dr. Lee asks if I've noticed any changes in my spine; thanks to his care, I believe my condition hasn't worsened at all over the past two years. Two years ago, I suddenly lost the ability to walk properly and had to sit down every five minutes, but now I can walk just as I used to. Thanks to Dr. Lee and the rehabilitation staff, my body has been restored almost to its original state. There was a time when I was terrified about what the future held, but knowing now that I have a trustworthy doctor and rehab team helping me, I feel truly relieved. I am deeply grateful.

I was impressed how timely and caring all staff were. From security to registration/check-in to all levels of nurses to anesthesia to all operating room staff to recovery staff to getting me to my husband and car.

I was a new patient when I saw Dr. Lee, so I cannot truthfully answer most of the questions. Thank you.

Please computerize all your forms!! Inconvenient to have to arrive so early and such a waste of paper.

I registered for my appointment confirmed my time and paid my fee my co-pay, which was five dollars and now I get another bill for five dollars. I don't understand that.

The ability to coordinate care across this out of network provider and my primary care team was not perfect (ie as they are different networks). I'll need to see my primary care team to arrange for imaging ordered by this provider. Not ideal-but understandable. Not sure what the solution is but all providers have been great so this will be accomplished. Just not as quickly as I'd like.

Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing. He is an educated clinician. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will be staying with him throughout my illness. Thank you

I had a long time waiting in the outer office and it was a little crowded. This was the first time that it's ever happened to me and I'm very skeptical of being in a really crowded room where you're sitting arm and arm. I am a senior and since I had never seen or had to wait that long in the out of office, I was a little upset Dr. Lee comfort me telling me why it had l be that way. I just disagree with the process.

Dr. Lee very courteous, friendly, explained the procedure to me with patience, asked if i was doing okay during the procedure. I liked thsy he did that.

Dr Lee clearly explained the potential procedure in detail, which I understood. Now I have a decision to make and feel the information given to me will help greatly.

He understands my goals and works with me to achieve them. After years of struggling with back pain, he is the only physician who offered the Intercept procedure that for me was life changing in the best ways.
