Dr. Withuhn is an exceptional doctor. I don't choose bad doctors. I find it offensive that he has to go through this process every time he sees a patient and I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't call me again. If I have an issue, I will raise it with Dr. Withuhn. If I can't resolve it with him, I will contact you directly.

Dr Withuhn is awesome. I liked his MA also. Very good at his job.

Also the young man who is a medical assistant there (sorry I don't know his name) is very kind with a great sense of humor! I would keep returning to this practice just to work with this team! BW Primary is an outstanding practice

In general, the whole practice is run very efficiently, but my favorite part is Dr. Withuhn, who is a provider that truly looks into what you have going on and makes sure that you are medically taken care of, and really that's all the best of us could hope for. So I'm really, really pleased with Dr. Withuhn's care. And then in general, I mean, if I'm thinking anything for improvement, you know, sometimes when you call to get through, it's a little hard to get through to people if you're non-emergent or making an appointment. But in general, everything there runs really well and all your staff is courteous and we're just really, really particularly pleased in my family to have Dr. Withuhn as a doctor.

Tom is a fantastic doctor. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I've always been treated very kindly and with respect from the staff. Nate is absolutely wonderful. He's got a warming personality and always makes you feel comfortable right from the start of your appointment I am very big fan of doctor Withum. He is very thorough very concerned and caring. He explained everything I needed to know in my visit thoroughly.

My appointments always start 20 to 30 minutes late. This has been my experience over the past several years.

The survey is way too long and repetitive. I almost didn't take it. I like my doctor. I did it for their benefit, but next time I will not take the survey if it's this long again.

Dr. Withuhn ROCKS! I now live two hours away, but refuse to change doctors!

Dr. Withuhn always sees to it that I am taken care of. That we review the past concerns to see where we are on things. He then addresses the current issues. I have learned how to better communicate with him over the years in that I really feel I am really in tough with what should be going on with my health, and what I need to be working on to better myself. He is very thorough. Greatly appreciate the time he takes with me to make sure I am running well or to understand an issue I might be comfussed about.

The front desk should be more friendly and professional as that is the first contact that you have when one arrives. Being greeted with a smile is not too much to ask I would say. Patients should have the ability to reschedule appointments at no charge when the original appointment time is not honored. My time is just as valuable as the practice's.

I had a previous appointment with Dr.Withuhn and was canceled. The front desk staff tried to call me but I was unable to answer the call do to my job requirements. We they called they didn't leave a message. There for when I showed up for my appointment it took the receptionist a minute to tell me that Dr.Withuhn was out of the office with no explanation. I had to reschedule the next day so I could look at my work schedule to see when I was off work. A simple voice mail would have been nice to avoid this issue. I was even asked if I wanted to change doctors when I made my appointment.

Going to BW Primary to see Dr. Withuhn and the staff is absolutely the best experience I've ever had. These people are courteous, they're kind, and they're more than helpful. Thank you.

I was seen by a nurse who gave me a B12 shot. I was not seen by "THOMAS WITHUHN" as indicated by the email. The lady who treated me was very nice but you should have put her name in the email, not a BW Primary Care staff person who was not involved in my treatment that day.

I was able to procure an expedited appointment because of an acute issue. Jen W. was very helpful in that respect. Dr Withuhn immediately diagnosed the issue and provided testing and info for Carroll ER for additional treatment. I have been under Dr Withuhn's care for many years and he has always been a very good provider/advocate and an all around good guy (personable). I recommend him to others whenever I can. We live on the MD-PA state line and willingly make the 1 1/2 (or more) drive to see Tom.

The reason for my appointment being delayed is the attending physician is extremely thorough with his patients that sometimes results in delays for each patient seen after his first appointment. I truly appreciate his thorough input in providing his medical expertise and advice.
