Some days the receptionists are not very welcoming, and make you feel uncomfortable. Would recommend customer service training for your receptionist.

It's a lot y'all need to improve of Sinai. It's a whole lot. I really don't like coming there. The doctors are terrible. Y'all need doctors that care about people and be kind to people and listen to them and tell them what they need to do for their health because it's not right. And all compartments I've been in, Sinai is terrible. I go for mild things, not serious things. I go all the way over Hopkins for serious things. But Sinai, I wouldn't make it my primary place. Thank you. Have a good day.

Yeah, the provider that I saw on the 5th was my first time seeing her and she was really, really outstanding and I told her that and she was very outstanding. She gave me some information that I didn't know before so I was really impressed with her, truly.

The tech did not share with me ny blood pressure number even though I asked for it. He did retake it like I requested, but she raced me around to another room instead of allowing rest to take my blood pressure. The stress of being in this unkempt environment doesn't help my blood pressure. I will redo it myself.

I pray that the Cancer Department get a permanent Cancer Doctor. It is so unnerving to patients to not have a cancer doctor available. Every year there is a nurse practitioner (no disrespect to the nurse practitioner) but we need doctors to take care of us!

The nurse practitioner treated me with courtesy and respect. She was very knowledgeable. Since this was the first time she met me, she asked me appropriate questions and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was very clear. Also, because I have been having some additional medical side effects since the initial visit. She has been contacting me daily since I first contacted the oncology department about these issues to address them.
