Always nervous about going in to see the doctor and they made me feel very comfortable. The doctor truly listened and I felt she had all the time necessary to hear me speak. Nothing at all felt rushed

Very nice atmosphere for a doctors office, floors were clean. Wsit time not long at all.

Online check in made it easy to fill out the necessary forms which made check in an absolute breeze. This was my first visit here and the nurse and the NP asked thorough questions about my health history, diet, level of activity, and current medications. Very satisfied with this provider.

I always have a pleasant experience with the staff at this office. Always nice and respectful. I love Mrs Trudi. She always makes me feel comfortable and talking to her is easy.

Everything went really good. Really good provider. Just waiting on my results. I know it's probably soon, but just not for sure how things went with that. But that's it. Other than that, everything's great. And that's great too. I'm just waiting to hear results. Thank you very much.

I have been a patient of the practice for >30 years. Providers have come and gone and I was always able to seamlessly transition to another provider. The provider had reviewed my record and seemed to know me. This was always very comforting. However this year when I was due for my annual physical (last done 2 years ago) and pap (last done 5 years ago), the transition to another provider made me feel less than comfortable. I was told Multiple times, I was a new patient. I was handed a new patient history packet at check in. When I question this, I was told that was how I was scheduled. The receptionist confirmed this was a scheduling error. That I was only new to the specific provider I was scheduled with and she would fix the schedule. She then asked me for a copay. I stated I do not have a copay for physicals and she stated, I was not scheduled for a physical and that she would correct that too. I'm not sure where the disconnect was. But even after it error was corrected, ,the MA and the provider addressed me as new. I asked the provider if she had my record which she stated she did. Apparently she had not looked at prior to my physical appointment. I also inquired at scheduling about getting my pap smear at this visit and was told the providers taking new patients did not do pap smears and that I was not allowed to choose a provider in the practice that did do paps. Assuming schedulers were working form a script, I went into the office to inquire if there was anyway for me to get my pap at this office where I have always had my paps done. I was told there was no way to get it done and I would have to be transferred out to OB/Gyn to get a pap. This whole experience has left me to wonder what has happen to the customer service aspect in the office that I have always loved and have referred many people to.

The provider was very nice to us as usual.. but the front desk people were so mean and rude because I was couple minutes late.. I wish the old staff were still there they know us by name and they were very helpful and kind.

Trudi-Ann is excellent! I can't say enough about how friendly and kind Trudi-Ann is.

Getting an appointment is the worst experience. You should be able to call the office to get a sick appointment and not have to wait until 8 am the next day.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/10/2026
My prescription was not called in by the time I went to pick it up. It should have been called in to the Walmart pharmacy in Hampstead.

Most appointments are a weeks wait. Miss days when I could schedule same day with a phone call.

I had a great experience there, better actually than I had read reviews all about it. And I think my primary provider, she was just absolutely excellent. She answered every question to my satisfaction. She listened to what I had to say. And yes, I highly recommend Trudi. Yes, she's great.

I've never encountered such friendly staff. I think I was welcomed at least 3 times as a new patient.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/4/2025
I don't like the changes made in regards to contacting the office. When you call it goes to a different location, and you don't talk directly with the office.

I had a great visit and every person I had the pleasure of meeting was very professional and kind.

New patient. Very nice visit.

Trudi-Ann was very professional and is a great addition to Carroll Medical Group. This was my first visit since my former doctor left the practice. I look forward to working with her in the future. I don't like the new system of a centralized calling center because I was used to calling the office directly. It was more personalized. However I know times change.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/3/2025
They were very helpful and very good. Thank you.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/31/2025
It's easier to get an appointment online than calling the office because the call center takes a long time and the doctors office doesn't receive the message that was relayed to the call center

I was prescribed a name-brand inhaler and the generic would have been much more economical for me.

- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/24/2025
A bit rude and condescending, but seemed semi knowledgeable
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/19/2025
There needs to be a way to call the office and not go through a call center. I cannot access the office at all by phone. I cannot take calls during the day. Every time I tried calling I am on hold until I have to hang up or the office closes and the phone disconnected
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/19/2025
I really like Trudi and the attention she gave to every issue presented. My previous doctor laxked that. I was impressed for sure.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/17/2025
I was given a prescription my insurance will not cover. The personal cost would have been $748.00 I can't afford it. I hate that there is no way to speak to the provider to find another solution
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/16/2025
It was a very positive experience!

FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!! And no I don't receive a call back. I end up driving to the office when I need to make an appointment. The staff at that office are wonderful!!!! The phone issues have gone on for way too long!!!!

I had an appointment for Monday ay 11:20 which was made 3 weeks before. When I arrived I was told that appointment was canceled because the doctor had retired. I was then told they sent out letters, which I never received! Shouldn't this have been done with a phone call to be sure I knew that it had been canceled?

The call center is a pain to try to reach the office. I ended up using the portal and it took over a week to get a reply and at that time they just put me on the schedule without my knowledge. You can't reach the office. I will be leaving this practice due to not being able to reach the office directly.

Need a doctor who accept new patients like they say on website. But thanks for providing a nurse practitioner who can solve my immediate issues. I love nurse Trudi. She is great!

Never received the virtual link. Called Carroll Medical Center's number at 1053, the call center lady attempted to get in touch but no one from the center answered. Call center said they may be busy and will be with me shortly. I called back at 1129, and 1132hrs. No one could answer when my 11am appointment will take place. Finally at 1140hrs I was contacted by the center and started my appointment. I explained my daughter has had pink eye in both eyes for two days and the morning of the appointment I woke up with the same issue in my right eye. I had to advocate for myself for the provider to issue prescription eye drops. Between the issues at the call center and appointment it was a frustrating experience

Waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes, multiple times, is unexceptable.

This was our first visit and finding a provider for my son with a disability was not easy but once we had this appointment, I felt comfortable and my some was at ease the whole time
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/17/2025
Appointment scheduling needs to b updated. If office changes Appointment time due to lunch, then schedulers need to know the changes I.E.: lunch break from 12 to 1 , don't schedule appts at 1245. I like to b on time. Otherwise, I was impressed with attention and care given by Trudi and rest of the staff. Thank you so much.

Had very hard time getting appointment took hours to return my call waiting. Never told me what to do after I got my MRI...which was today. Are they going me? Do I need to make appointment to discuss results? Do I call them back in a day or two? Would love to know the diagnose of what's going on with my arm. Very important to me

I was misdiagnosed at another facility not a Lifebridge a few days earlier Trudy-Ann Ferguson listened to me and respected me and appreciated the pictures I provided of the rash after one day of the RX she gave me a saw a HUGE difference thank you so much !!
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2025
Trudy Ferguson underdosed my GI antibiotic by half and the recommended dose and my severe diverticulitis did not resolve until I figured out the correct dose. When I let them know that I would be needing more to finish out the course, there was no communication at all.

It was my first time seeing Trudi-Ann and I appreciated the questions she asked. I was able to honest with her about my health history, and she dealt great with the fact that I hadn't provided a lot of that information yet to that point. It was probably pretty trying for me to not be able to give her much to go on, but she had the patience of a saint.
