Dr Balu makes you feel relaxed and doesn't rush. Goes over everything with you to make sure nothing is missed in your medical history.

They're very friendly and helpful

Dr Balu is kind, professional, interested in my concerns, and explains everything clearly.

Dr Balu gives a feel of family, not only professional but comfortable to exchange any information.

I hope that this response doesn't create a heavy volume of new patients for Dr. Balu. He takes his time with me, asking questions and always expanding his knowledge of my medical needs. I can only hope that he continues to be available for my somewhat complex set of issues.

Funny because I am so impressed with my doctor that I consider him a family friend. I dont ever remember thinking of previous doctors as such. Dr Balu is fantastic!! I already told my sons to try to get accepted into LifeBridge in Westminster bc of him and his entire staff.

I couldn't be any more happier with the doctor then I am with Dr. Balu. Both my husband and I see him and both of us think he is the best! I'm in my 60s my husband's in his 70s and both of us have said through all the years and doctors we've had. Dr. Ballou is our favorite. He takes the time with you and explains everything and seems to get an answer for everything. And I have recommended him to people and I have a granddaughter that lives close by and told her if she needed a doctor she needs to go to Dr. Balu and we also love Sarah the nurse she is a sweetheart.

Dr. Balu is awesome. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health. He is always nice, always positive, as odd as it sounds, it is a pleasure to see him.

Dr Balu and his staff are fantastic. But the LifeBridge call center needs improvement or, better yet, move the first contact back to the practice.

The Ladies were so helpful and nice. Dr. Balu was so helpful and eased my worries. He explained everything so well. He saw a couple of issues I was unaware of.

The office itself, the doctor, the provider, and the receptionist, everybody was wonderful. But this phone system, this automated phone system, and going to some telephone place somewhere is ridiculous. I hate it. I hate that I cannot actually call the doctor's office and talk to the receptionist. The system is awful. Please tell someone that.

Dr. Balu has personality that makes you feel very comfortable. He also doesn't rush you and answers all questions. Sadly, LifeBridge doesn't accept our insurance and we have to go elsewhere. I will greatly miss Dr. Balu and hope that LifeBridge soon reconsiders their decision.

Why does Lifebridge now have a third party to make appts now? I waited on hold over 10 minutes to get a person who was hard to understand. Ridiculous!

Doctor Balu is very personable, friendly, and listens to what you are saying. He answers any questions so that you understand. He is the best primary care provider that I have seen.

I like Dr. Balu. He takes his time, talks to you about what's going on, looking at something and he'll look it up. However, I do not like the answering system that they have to get appointments when they act like a bunch of dummies. But anyway, I told him how that felt too, so goodbye.

I trust Dr. Balu with my care. He takes his time reviews your concerns and treats you with respect. I would recommend him and I do when ever necessary to help someone who needs a physician.

The call center is terrible. Very hard to make appt or speak to doctors staff. I am thinking about changing doctors to escape Life bridge and their call center. I expect my doctor's office to answer when I call my doctor. Please revert to prior way.

Such a pleasant visit! From the moment I arrived and walked out, everyone was friendly and kind. Dr. Balu is great! He's super knowledgeable and explains things in great depth so I leave with a complete understanding of everything going on.

Dr Balu is great and explains things well. His nurse, Sarah I think her name is, is very good also. The only issue I have is with Lifebridge and the call center which is hard to reach and won't let us speak to our doctors office directly.

The call center in the Philippines is horrible. They hung up on me three times leaving a message for my doctor. That's all. I'm happy with my doctor and the staff. I'm not happy with the call center. Thank you.

Um, the doctor was very professional. He asked a lot of questions and, uh, he had a lot of answers to anything I, uh, needed to ask him. And I wrote down a bunch of questions when I went there, so I wouldn't forget them. And, uh, he did a really good job and, uh, I'm very happy with him. And, uh, I wish more doctors were like, uh, Dr. Balu. He's, uh, he's a very good, uh, conscientious, um, professional. And I feel lucky to have him, and I hope that he does well. Okay, thank you. And then I end, I guess. I don't know. Probably. Yeah.

I absolutely love Dr. Balu and his staff. He has always made me feel comfortable talking to him about any situation. He has completely changed my life. His staff, from Sarah his assistant, to the receptionists our front, they have always been helpful and courteous.

I do not like the new way of contacting my doctor!! This new switch board makes it VERY DIFFICULT to contact my wonder doctor. I am an elderly patient who finds this new method very confusing. I hesitate now to contact my doctor. Before I was connected right to the doctor's office and was helped right away. WISH we could go back to that perfect way.

I am extremely satisfied with the provider and staff.

After completing the automated check-in process via the link, you receive via SMS text message I learned that nobody really uses that and can essentially be skipped. Taking a photo of your insurance card is not enough. They need to make a photocopy essentially making the check in process a waste of time. The clinic itself cannot fix this process. Looks like it's a byproduct of life bridge itself.

Dr Balu is a Fantastic physician. I am so happy that he is my provider. He's very personable and very knowledgeable about my health history. I can't say enough good things about him and the office staff!

Can't get portal to work. New phone system is terrible!!! Took over 20 hours for a return call!!! Had to go to Urgent Care first then follow up with Balu Let office staff handle the appointments and patients!!!!!

I hate the phone system. Nobody answers. I think this should go directly to the doctor's front desk in the office like it has always been, not to a call center. Very impersonal and phones are never answered!! If it ain't broke, don't fix it cause now you have broken a good system!

This Dr's, office staff, nurses at THIS location are the best. The new call center is horrible, doesn't work, can't get thru and will cause patients to fall thru the cracks but NOT because of this Dr's office. I'm also confident they will lose patients because of the call center. You don't get the call back that holds your place in line. They aren't giving messages to the Dr's. My last call 1 of the call center blatantly LIED. I repeated the question to make sure she understood, yes she did & LIED AGAIN. I'm seriously contemplating changing to any Dr's that aren't connected to Lifebridge at all

Dr. Balu is a kind and gentle doctor who does everything he can to help with your symptoms and checks to make sure that any prescription he's looking to give you a is covered by your insurance. I always recommend him to friends looking for a doctorwho is close. Also, Dan is a great provider too.

I had to email via the portal to make my appointment. The call center system had me on hold for well over 15 minutes. More than five separate times. Very much MISS the former call in system. Excellent caring staff otherwise who always treat me with care and kindness.

Dr. Balu is exceptional, he takes the necessary time to discuss any concerns, any new meds or side effects, no matter how silly. He talks with you to come to an understanding of best options for your health. He listens and responds in a respectful and thoughtful manner. I travel an hour just to see him and im grateful for his time, expertise, and staff.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I'VE HAD IS EITH THE "NEW" LIFEBRIDGE PHONE SYSTEM. I CAN NO LONGER EVER REACH ANYONE IN DR. BALU'S OFFICE. MESSAGES DONT GO THROUGH AND I'VE WAITED ON HOLD UP YO 30 MINUTES BEFORE GIVING UP AND HANGING UP AFTER NO ONE PICKS UP. TERRIBLE NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL MY DOCTOR AND HAVE TO USE THE PORTAL FOR ANY COMMUNICATIONS.

I had to go in to office to make an appointment. I don't like the call center. Wait time is too long.

I am so impressed with Dr Balu. I tend to be very skeptical and mistrusting when visiting a new provider. I am a nurse, so I do have some background knowledge. When I meet a provider the most important thing to me is that they listen, respect me, and communicate their plan. Dr Balu is exceptional at all of those. I've only seen him once, but would refer any and all of my closest contacts. Amazing!
