I am largely unhappy with having to call a call center in order to reach Dr. Wilson. I could barely hear that person. There was a lot of background noise. It very much delays the process, especially when you're looking for a care that's a bit acute or urgent. You're not feeling well and now I've got to take multiple steps to even see my provider. That is extremely frustrating and unwelcome. That being said, the staff is always great when I get there. Dr. Wilson is a caring provider, tries to do her best within the parameters of what Life Bridge healthcare looks like.

Other than getting weighed, I don't mind coming in for my appointments. I love Dr Wilson! She listens, treats you respectfully and really cares. She takes her time and allows you to feel free and comfortable enough to ask any questions even when it might seem minor. I also love Tyra, the nurse who first sees you. She calms any nerves you may have, makes you laugh and cares about your well being. She encouraged me to get my flu shot when I hadn't planned on it. I appreciate both of these women for the wonderful jobs they perform and making feel valued as a patient and person.

Dr. Wilson has been my primary care doctor long before she moved to Eldersburg and when she moved I moved. I lives in Pikesville She is a great Doctor.

My Primary Care Doctor is Dr. Victoria Wilson. I went to my appointment on Tuesday for a medication check, and she was very rude, arrogant, and condescending, and she rushed me out of the exam without taking the time to talk to her. She came into the exam room late, but that happens every single appointment I come to. I waited for a while. She spoke to me like I was a little child getting into trouble. To me, the whole appointment did not go well, and I will not be returning to Carroll health Group. Everytime I come to the front desk for my appointments the energy is always off as well.

Dr. Wilson is always courteous, professional and very easy to talk with. She is the best

I had missed a call to get my appointment rescheduled when my original provider left, however when I showed up, despite the computer system down, the staff were kind and courteous and spoke with the provider onsite to get me in that morning. All the staff were kind and apologetic, and the the doctor was easy to communicate with, much better than my previous provider.

Dr Wilson and staff are excellent. However I would rate Lifebridge call center a 0 on a scale of 1-10. I used to be able to call the Dr's office directly and speak to staff. Going through the call center is a total waste of my time. Both times I used the call center, I spoke with people with thick foreign accents that I could not understand. The need to have them relay my questions to the office and then require that I log into the portal for answers is ridiculous. I would not recommend to anyone that they use a Lifebridge provider as a result. I don't know if I will stay with Lifebridge as a result?

I like Dr. Wilson, in particular, because she willingly provides instruction on preventative medicine, that is, things I can do to improve my own health. She doesn't just treat a condition with meds, but rather, she also explains things one can do on their own to improve the condition.

My appointment was for a simple FLU vaccination and the appointment was for 9:10 am I arrived at 9:00 a.m but wasn't taken back for my vaccination until 9:40a.m the office is usually very good and timely so maybe this was a one off issue.

Dr Wilson was great. My first time seeing her and I appreciate her seeing me with her busy schedule. I sure hope I can keep her as my doctor.

Dr Wilson is very caring person

This was a simple pre-op physical, required by my surgeon to clear me for surgery. It required a History & Physical, EKG, CBC w/diff, BMP, and Urinalysis. These preop requirements were handed to the office staff and also discussed the day before. Upon reviewing my results/notes a few days later, I discovered the PCP ordered a Urine Culture as well. This was not indicated, nor requested. Additionally, the urine was simply collected in a paper cup, not sterile. As our insurance does not cover all costs, this will now be an additional cost to me. I have already contacted the office, requesting a credit for this test. I am not happy with this being done and do not want to pay additional costs due to an error at the office. Thank you.

Dr. Wilson, her nurse Tara and the ladies at the front desk are all wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better primary care doctor and support staff . I had a very hard time trying to make an appointment through the new central call center. Took me 3 hours to be able to speak with someone on this call center to make an appointment. Very frustrating. I almost drove to her office. It would definitely be easier. She is always, accommodating, attentive, professional.

The new phone system is horrible. I was on hold for over 30 mins. The call back took a while and went directly to Spam since the call back is listed as "Lifebridge Heal". As such,y phone did not recognize the number. Please return to the old system when I got to take to the kindly front office staff and not a robot.

The new phone system is horrendous. Voice is unclear. No one answers the calls. I even waited 25 minutes and no answer. I then pressed call me back and no one called me back. I missed my bloodwork because of it. Lifebridge- DO BETTER. THIS SYSTEM IS REDICULOUS.

I love my provider and the office. However, the call center that has now been set up for LifeBridge is horrible. I am still waiting for a call back from the call center from three days ago. I, instead of continuing to wait, went to the doctor's office to ask my question since I was not able to get through. You need to get it back to where we can actually call the doctor's office. The call center people, the few times I've talked to them are very nice and helpful, but it is impossible to get through. This is enough that I am thinking about changing providers even though I love my doctor. My doctor and her staff are outstanding, but that call center has to go. I'm not sure why you guys did that, but it is atrocious. It is horrible. Again, I want to say it was a week ago I called and sat on hold

The telephone system to reach the office is horrible! Then, when I go to the back of the office to get swabbed, I find I have to go through the same horrible phone system!!! There must be a better way for people to let you know they have arrived.

From the time I checked in with Nadine to the tech ( sorry I forget her name) she was wonderful though - and very conscience of her job and doing a great job - took her time getting my blood drawn - doing my ECG - and just great overall - Dr Wilson was patient kind and very empathetic with my current diagnosis

When setting up my Lifebridge Patient portal, and directed to retrieve a security code by text, I couldn't return to the point where I enter the security code!! I started over twice more, with the same result. Seems I would need an actual computer to complete the set-up of the portal!!
