The Velcro brace that was given to me for my broken wrist is very uncomfortable and causing blisters. It doesn't fit well either. I'd prefer a cast.

Dr. Rollo is the best. He listens to all complaints before discussing, doing physical manipulations to discover the problem. He then recommends solutions.

Also The physician's asst was very knowledgeable and helpful .

Hi, everybody is good but the receptionists are, I will say you need to improve because they are not very courteous, okay, they are just okay. But Dr. Rollo and the lady who calls me in, I do not know her name, she is very good and Dr. Rollo is also very thorough and also gives me lots of time and gives good treatment and also prescribe medications which I need and I have a good experience there. He ordered my x-rays as well. But please improve the quality of the receptionist. They need to be more courteous. Other than that, the doctor is the best, okay? And the other lady who always calls me in, she is also nice. Thank you. Bye.

I was impressed by the speed and compassion displayed by the individual setting up the appt as soon as she heard of my predicament.

Dr Rollo is very knowledgeable and pleasant to see. His nurse is also very kind & friendly. I had to have an Xray and the technician was great. Keep up the great atmosphere & work.

I'm very hard of hearing... A few times, Dr Rollo had to repeat himself. I was embarrassed, but he never thought twice about it. I left there, knowing exactly what I needed to do. So thank you Dr Rollo for your patience and your professionalism.

Dr. Rollo has always been kind, knowledgeable and understanding and able to treat me to help with my arthritic pain when needed.

Dr. Rollo is awesome. He has fixed my foot several times. When injured, I do not shop providers. I just go with Dr. Rollo. He has his office and staff dialed in just fine. Don't change a thing.

Afternoon appointment meant no wait. Would have preferred to be seen on the Friday, but no orthopedist was available until Monday. Had to figure out my own care and pain management for four days. After the x-ray confirmed a non-displaced radius fracture, I went to CVS and bought myself a brace. No guidance was available from the orthopedic office. CVS Mueller brace much more secure than the one given by Dr. Rollo. Wonder what that one will cost Medicare?

Receptionist that set up appointment had excellent phone skills and positive phone voice. All individuals that I had to interact with {that would be 4 different females had really good interpersonal skills). Dr Rollo creates a positive environment.

Dr.Rollo was kind, polite,showed concern,knowledge,about my broken bones.Many years ago,he treated my multiple handicapped daughter for a broken ankle which the school walked her around on all day. We took her to an urgent care center who was useless. I called the Eldersburg center and he saw her over his lunch hour. He was kind, gentle, and treated her with compassion and respect. She was around 4 at the time with no speech. This is why I chose Dr. Rollo. He is a great asset to LifeBridge and I will highly recommend him.

Dr Rollo is terrible and so is the nurse that took my daughter back to the room.

He appeared in a rush until I purposefully slowed him down by using medical terminology to indicate I am in the rehab profession. Once that was established he slowed and answered all questions thoroughly.
