Dr. Jindal is very attentive. He reviews your case file and test results before engaging, to ensure he provides a proper diagnosis of your treatment. He discuss the treatment options with you and allow you to voice your concerns and opinions without pressuring or rushing you. Dr. Jindal's office mannerisms are exceptional. He is a wonderful doctor.

I thought that the provider was very professional and explained things very well and that's what I want to say. Did a good job and the staff supporting him in the, you know, in the, you know, taking information and stuff, everyone was really very, very good. No complaints. They all did a wonderful job.

I don't know why this appointment was scheduled. It wasn't necessary. I have not had any blood tests, an MRI or CT scan recently so the doctor couldn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. Was it just to allow a charge to my insurance?

Front desk receptionist needs customer service training I let her slide the last time. This appointment she had the same attitude. She's not good for the business. I hope someone can talk to her on Dr jindal's side. I feel very uncomfortable approaching her and I should not have to feel that way with what I'm going through. She is rude.

I have been coming to the Office for over 5yrs everyone has all been respectful and kind to me. From my treatment to the after care .I would like to take this time to thank each and every staff member they are such great people .

Dr. Jindal was very helpful. He's not hard to understand. He has kept me going. We made prior visits all Zoom, so he wanted me in person and I was helped very much by the staff, so it was a pleasant experience, even though going out for me is a trial these days.

The Dr was wonderful and explained everything clearly. Answer with patience all my questions My complaint is about the receptionist She said something not working so I can pay cash or be billed later I choose pay cash I gave the garage ticket to be validate She said she did. While I see Dr Jindal I thought I never got a recit for the payment So at the d d of my appointment I went to ask go it and she already had it ready. What if I will not return to ask for it? In the garage I found out the ticket wasn't validate and I have to pay I wasn't ready for that, do it took me time to get my credit card and cars behind me beeped. This was a disappointing receptionist .

Yes, Dr. Jindal was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, and he was very concerning. I like his style of medicine. He makes you feel comfortable. He makes you feel understood. He makes you feel at ease. And also, on the way out, the ladies at the front desk had what I needed before I even asked for it. So I really appreciate that experience, and it really helps me. Did not have blood results and tried to say it was not on them that results were not available when i arrived at the site. I know this might not help me , but I think more attention should be given to patient care.

I was told I could possibly have cancer. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. Then I had phone problems (on me). Tests and scans were set up for me, but I couldn't get an answer when I could talk to the doctor to tell me if I had cancer! I didn't have it at this time, but needs checking on in 6 months. Appointments dealing with whether there is cancer or not, the whole office dropped the ball. I was a bunch of nerve for weeks waiting to hear from the doctor.

Physical exam was cursory. No questions about recent medical changes. Meds list was inaccurate, but I got it on the way out. I appreciate that I'm pretty boring, medically, but a yearly visit can take a few more minutes for accuracy.
