My visit with Dr Layne was great. The technician who took my vitals was very personable and courteous.

The office was very friendly and helpful. They were very neat.

I had a very pleasant experience. Everything, all the people that I dealt with were very pleasant and very informative. So I was very happy with that.

Dr. Layne is nice, respectful, courteous, he explained health information so that I understood. We always have a great conversation, I actually enjoy my visits.

I did not feel that the Provider answered my questions to my satiafaction. And did not ask questions regarding my care to my satisfaction.

Overall, I'd say that the appointment was very good. The nurse that went over my blood pressure and everything was good. And she went over some information with me before we went in for the appointment with Dr. Layne. And then Dr. Layne was great. He went over everything with me, talked about all of the different things to learn about CLL and how my health relates to it. And he went over everything that I could possibly want. It was a great appointment and he's a great doctor. So I thank him very much.

I experienced very, very good service. This is my first time at Sinai, especially the oncology department. And I was treated very, very good from beginning to end. With any information that I requested would come to me directly and straightforward. and I got a full understanding. The receptionist there did a fine job in giving me the directions and whatever else I may need. And Brittany was fantastic. She was one of the nurses. And I do appreciate any and all help that you guys can provide for me.

I was not given the location of my appointment prior to office visit. at the date and location had been changed. I was in the wrong waiting area when I was eventually told where I should meet the doctor.

My visit was exceptional. I got a great report everything was very well explain my appointment was started right on time. Received a copy of my visit and also a copy of my next appointment

I've never had a problem of any kind at my visit's there.

Dr. Layne is kind, takes time to listen, and explains testing, options, and results with professionalism. Brittney is an asset to the office; she is personable, professional, and compassionate. Both have great communication skills.

Dr. Layne met me for the first time when I saw him recently. So he was getting used to my data and was reading through it and asking me if it was true or not true, etc. I'm hoping the second time will be, you'll be a little bit more familiar with my information. That's it.

The medical assistant for the provider went out of her way to assist me to show me where the lab was to obtain my bloodwork. She was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
