I always have a pleasant visit with my Dr.and everyone in his office.

It was a nice experience

New location: need to adjust to new environment and new faces but was pleased with appointment.

I was not given directions to get to the new location.

The parking garage is a problem unless it costs more than $3 to park for less than an hour. My ticket was validated and I still had to pay $3

There was some confusion with the new building and a line waiting in registration . Otherwise, things went well considering they had just moved into new building in one week.

Every person was so nice. I will give them a 100% good job.

I thought I had a very good experience. I was very pleased. Thank you very much.

The provider and staff where very professional and friendly. My interaction with everyone was pleasant. This was my first visit at the new building and the staff readily helped me which made my visit a positive experience.

I would like to commend Dr. Layne on taking the time to answer the questions that I asked him. He took me through each question step by step to explain the ifs and the ands about it. He actually went over in depth of all of my lab work and explaining what the lab work meant, the test meant, and what the numbers meant, what my improvements was, and it was an excellent visit. I commend him very, very highly, and I thank him so very much. He made my day.

Dr. Layne is nice, respectful, courteous, he explained health information so that I understood. We always have a great conversation, I actually enjoy my visits.

I did not feel that the Provider answered my questions to my satiafaction. And did not ask questions regarding my care to my satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the care I am receiving.

Overall, I'd say that the appointment was very good. The nurse that went over my blood pressure and everything was good. And she went over some information with me before we went in for the appointment with Dr. Layne. And then Dr. Layne was great. He went over everything with me, talked about all of the different things to learn about CLL and how my health relates to it. And he went over everything that I could possibly want. It was a great appointment and he's a great doctor. So I thank him very much.

I felt heard, validated and cared for by everyone I encountered in the office

I was very pleased with my experience.

My husband felt very comfortable with the doctor. The doctor was very patient and very attentive to him. He answered all of his questions and made him feel at ease with his future health plan.

I appreciated the flexibility to have virtual as well in person visits. This latest visit was virtual.

Overall, the care, patience and respect from the doctor and staff.

Dr. Layne is awesome. his nurse Brittany is amazing also. I feel like I am in good hands.

Questions about current condition received answers that seemed vague and not straightforward

I honestly love my providers care! We are dealing with cancer and the staff makes it a better journey, thank you for your kindness!
