They took us in the exam room on time and I sat there with my husband for 45 minutes, surgeon didn't show up and no one showed up to tell me what is going on and how long it is going to be. My husband opened the door and looked out if he can talk to someone and saw a whole bunch of staffers were talking loudly, sounded more like a break room conversation. When he said that we are waiting here for for 45 minutes, one staff turned around and said the Dr hasn't forgotten he will see you soon. 15 minutes later the Dr showed up and my husband was shocked to see he was one of the people in the opposite room gossiping or so he thought. Dr never said anything about he was sorry for being one hour late and why he was running late. In the middle of the consult, he said yeah he'll show us the pictures from the MRI and he was clicking on the computer and apparently it was taking longer to download and he passed and he said OK just you guys hang on I'll get your referrals ready and come back and show you the pictures. He left the room. He never came back. One Stafford came and told us you're done you can go now and she took us to the checkout window. This whole thing was so unprofessional. I am terribly disappointed with life bridge establishment.

Dr Ashley fulfilled all my expectations except being 35 minutes late. I would have been less dissatisfied, if someone from the office had informed me that he was going to be late -- shown me and my time some respect.

Dr. Ashley is an amazing provider. He is very easy to talk to and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He never makes you feel rushed and truly listens to your concerns. I appreciate how attentive and thorough he is during appointments.

Everyone was friendly and supportive. Nice atmosphere.

I waited 2 hours to be seen for a 10 minute follow up meeting. I should have been told that the doctor was on an emergency operation and had my appointment rescheduled. A roomful of patients was left waiting also with me. Not good management.

Dr Ashley is the best

My appointment was actually a telehealth appointment. It began right on time, actually a little early. It only lasted three and a half minutes, so it's very hard to answer these questions, I think, accurately. Plus, I had no staff interaction other than on the phone prior to this. So really the clerks and staff had nothing to do with it. And it was a bit of a hard time to get an appointment because I couldn't get the MRI first. But all in all, everything was fine, but it's really hard to do a survey based on a three and a half minute phone call, in my opinion. So that's it. Thank you.

Dr Ashley was running late and I was told I could reschedule. I chose to wait because Dr Ashley is worth the wait.

Whenever I come to the office I am always treated very kindly and respectful. I love how nice the staff is they are great.

If the appointments are running more than 15 minutes late, I think it would be nice if they would advise the patient of what was going on so that we didn't live in limbo waiting for an eternity

This was a virtual appointment, so many ofnthe questions did not apply. Biggest issue: the links sent were incorrect.. Provider was waiting in one room and me in another. He wound up calling my cell for our appointment.

Dr. Ashley was very knowledgeable and spent time with me explaining his observations and his suggestions about continued treatment. He had been called away for an emergency surgery (understandable given his stature and position), but still took the time needed afterwards to focus on my visit and provide me with the quality of care I hoped for.

My experience with my provider went weii for the exception of the time wait that needs to be improved, wait time should be no more then fifteen minutes or less not fourty five minutes to be seen after you have arrived for your appointment in the waiting room that is unacceptable. That should not happen again.

Everyone in the office was very kind and courteous. All of this staff and Dr. Ashley was very very nice and very kind and courteous.

I respect Dr Ashley completely. He is the only doctor I still have in Baltimore. I would recommend him to anyone.
