Doctor is very kind, informative and provide helpful information. This particular appointment, the recepitionist had a very warm friendly disposition.

I was sent to another doctor/clinic for care. Because this Doctor felt unqualified to be my PCP. The staff made me an appointment at Affirm Clinic in Towson. I have major doubts that this next practitioner is going to be the correct person for me. I requested an appointment with a Doctor not a CRNP. Due to my medical history and them needing to interact with my Oncologist. I do not have a feeling that Lifebridge Health will be suitable for treating my unique needs after having to leave Hopkins.

Dr. Ahmed is wonderful. She's thorough. She explains everything. I trust her. I trust her opinion. She's very professional. However, the front office, when it comes to relaying messages or just getting a call back, that could use some help.

I was satisfied with everything with the receptionist, definitely with my nurse, Dr. Ahmed. And the receptionist, I was very pleased. It's just so hard sometimes because they don't answer down there no more to make an arrangement that they have some kind of phone service. But I was pleased with everything. Thank you.

I love my doctor she's great

I was forced to wait a long time because the receptionist said my name was mistakenly put under the wrong doctor's name. Yet, I had an appointment with my correct doctor and was there 30 minutes early. Not sure how an error like that would or could happen. And when I complained about the length of wait time I was waiting, and how others went before me to see my doctor, even though I was there first and my appointment was first, there was no concern to correct the issue. I still had to wait, while the other patient went before me. Because of that, my experience in the waiting room was extremely poor.

Dr. Ahmed is attentive and always takes the time to listen and understand what the issues are before any treatment plan is initiated. She clearly explains her findings and recommendations. I highly recommend her.

I have been with my doctor for years and she does the best that she can I like a very much and wouldn't want to change to no one else

Everyone is always courteous, friendly and proffesional. Office is very clean.

They asked about falls and pain which is good. Perhaps staff members taking vitals can tell patients what their vitals are versus having to ask for them.

Dr Ahmed always makes me feel my health is important to her. She explains and gives suggestions to modify some things I may not be able to do because of the weakness in my hands and body.

Dr. Ahmed and her staff are absolutely wonderful, very respectful, very also engaging. And Dr. Ahmed herself cares deeply about me as a patient. And I believe probably that's the experience of all of our patients. She gives the time that's needed appropriately and answers any questions that I have. and is just extremely supportive and very encouraging and very helpful for me and for my lifestyle and for my health. The desk staff was rude. The person I saw after registration was rude. The provider was great.

I really live Dr.Ahmed and these Medicaid cuts could cost me to lose her. I have no other insurance.
