This was a 6 month appt with Primary. I was not weighed nor blood pressure taken and my appt was less than 15 minutes. I don't understand this.

His assistant lost my paperwork. Made me make an appointment for the paperwork. Lost it and was like we'll just send it again,after I was told to bring to office. I do not drive paperwork was for aide services. Now I have ti figure out and wait for it to be mailed out to me and make arrangements for me to get back to the doctors office without aide service the point of the appointment and me coming out there. I personally put the paperwork in Teresa hands.

The front receptionist has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I have dealt with her for myself and other family members. She has the worst attitude. I have tried to work with but once my doctor leave the practice me and my family members are gone too. This is second bad employee at Quarry lake that I have encountered. It's super frustrating to deal with people like this especially if you happen need something.

Advance Nurse Practitioner Yury is always professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My in person office visits are always conducted in a professional manner and if he needs to follow up with you, he corresponds with you in a timely manner pertaining to your healthcare needs and concerns via the portal. I switched to him from the other Nurse practitioner Hanna Mainstain because of his great bedside manner, professionalism and knowledge. My family and I highly recommend him. I'm glad that he's part of Dr. Yaniv Berger's practice and team of professionals. I would like to add that Dr. Yaniv Berger is awesome too!
