Coming in I was a basket full of emotions but I left feeling uplifted and confident! Can't say enough good things about the entire care team!

An overall great experience. I am so glad that I chose to stay with Sinai Cancer Center rather than to follow my previously recommended oncologist who chose to switch her practice to Johns Hopkins at Greenspring Station!

The access to the cancer center is ridiculously hard. It is not accessible from the garage and there is no easy way for handicap people to get to this office unless they are dropped off at the front door. Need access direct from the garage next to the building.

Dr Ottaviano was the most bestest doctor I have ever spoken with! Informed and affable. A joy to confer with.

The doctor was very knowledgeable about my health issues. She also noted that I was supposed to have had follow up appointments with my surgeon's office, which I have never had in over two years. She contacted that office and I received a call from them the same day. She's very personable and professional.

I like that the provider listens to my concerns and didn't try to brush it off as a normal part of aging.

I don't know any other medical facility where I've been treated with such gentleness, knowledgeability, courtesy. It was a very pleasant experience.

I am sorry that I didn't meet this doctor sooner!

There was no front desk person to check me in for my 8:30 am appointment but the MA did it. Could not pay my copay

It was wonderful experience. The provider spent a lot of time with me and actually examined my body for any abnormalities which could be suspicious for cancer. She sent an order to Advanced Radiology for a CT scan to be done. I absolutely appreciated that order.

Provider is very nice, but could use a little mire sensitivity and better beside manner.

I felt that I was in capable hands With Dr. Ottaviano and her team. All of my concerns were immediately addressed with knowledge and experience.

I had a positive experience with this provider because she took the time to listen toy concerns and the provider did not make me feel as though I was making up my concerns.

Waited more than half an hour but Dr. Ottaviano spent a great deal of time with me and answered all my concerns. I appreciate her positivity and encouragement. I never feel rushed.

Dr. O is very thorough and kind.

Dr. O was very professional and informative but I have grown accustomed to and deeply appreciate Dr. Kalra's personable and easy going approach. The office staff was amazing as always.

First time meeting this doctor, really liked her, she knew my medical history and was really nice and thorough. She is my 4th oncologist in 4 years, I pray she doesn't leave Sinai like the others.

This was a new provider for me! Dr. O Even though my appointment didn't start on time, she did apologize and I'm comfortable with my new provider! Very pleasant person !

I loved the way the doctor took time with me and her sence of humor. I was impressed how staff went out of there way to assist as I tried to help someone find their doctors office and offered to show me the kios to pay for my parking if needed!

The nurses and registration staff at this site treat you exceptionally well.
